Hardy Hoarder house dogs. urgent! 50 plus! rescue to rescue! Help
Update: 9/11: today..we brought 911 (help!) on 9/11 to the Hardy dogs.
the RAIN was not our friend today. we know dogs hide when the rain hits. and we know most of these dogs LIVED INDOORS so i'm sure even more scared than normal. we did catch little Simone. so so scared Simone. so even if just one, we rejoice. b/c we do save ONE by ONE until none, at least none at this house. so please continue to Help US Help them. fosters? sponsors? networks? thankyou Kimberly Leech (she earned her wings today, (well i'm sure everyday) but her "rescue shirt).. Lisa Trevathan, Terri Jenkins, Ashley Robertson, Angela Myal, had 7 volunteers today. even where 2 are gathered, great things can be done. and even with ONE. as we always say.. WE ADD UP. "one" can do so much, but several of us 'together' can do so much more!!
plans are now.. to lay low for couple days, let them come back. they are going downthe road to other houses, they need to come back "home", go back IN the house. and we will make another attempt monday. working now on transporting some of these babies to rescues. this weekend, going to St louie, KC, and Iowa. thankyou Kimberly Randall who offered to drive the VAN (so she and foster pup our Flea, can spend more time together.) so thank you kimberly for transport sunday, thank you Heather Carmichael for transport saturday... ur rock... and thank you to all the supermen/superwoman/
Update: 9/8. great day today.. another dozen rescue peeps there to CARE and capture our furbabies. in all 13 were caught, netted, trapped, and now in rescue. Thank you Wright Way Rescue who drove to our site and picked up the furkids. so between WWR and AA4A, we took our lucky 13 and went home to give them a home. well, VET first.!! Pics posted. i'll post the volunteer names, we had a couple new gals join us. so again, thank you to ALL who joined us that day. long day. but so worth it. check out the pics!!
Update: 9/6. the girls fed/watered/ spent time iwth the dogs yesterday trying to friend these babies.. today.. Saturday.. 4 more were rescued...freedom. Up!! Arkansas Angels 4 Animals

we tried to convey that WE ADD UP. b/c this rescue is being done by not "just" *Arkansas Angels 4 Animals". we have wonderful sister rescues that we have reached out to, and they are coming to the rescue. so far, Rocky Ridge Refuge, Five Rivers Animal Aid rescue, Wappapelo Animal Rescue.and Wright Way Rescue,. and several of my "sister gal pal rescue angels that took, or will take, "just one", .. that's 4 of a possible 7/8 groups, that are stepping up to offer rescue of 2,3,4 babies. Monday, our largest rescue group.. Wright Way Rescue will be here. we will set up camp, with traps, food, crates, netting, poles, and we hope hope hope to catch 10-15? thank you to Christy, Blake, Chris, and Virginia, the WWR group, for also "coming to the rescue". please share this story. Hoarding is so much more common a problem than is realized. most of times never to be seen. and they suffer and die. so it is a problem for you and I, to help, assist, and RESCUE!! *Rescue Rocks and today, we rocked rescue. whether it's 1 or 10. we love them all, and will try to save them all. thank you Ashley R, Angela M, for being ON THE GROUND troops there every day for those sweeties.
to recap. the ones in the bedrooms, someone went in after the first day there, and let them out of all the rooms. :( the bathroom boy was rescued, but the bedrooms that the other dogs lived in, gone. :( Monday, we will buy a roll of netting to corral, a large fish net (like 5 rivers had, very nice girls!!) and will set our large traps IN THE woods, and in the trailer and around. Volunteers have been providing food and fresh water for the dogs everyday so they are being cared for. we are trying to get them used to 'strangers" on their property. i am sure they have never seen anyone but momma. these poor doggies are terrified and put up the biggest fight, (as they did today) but end up being sweet, loveable little critters. (yes, there will be a few that might stay semi-feral, b/c they have not been socialized. but for the most, i think they will adjust. I will make 2 albums.. one will be of all the dogs there needing rescue, this one, and one of the dogs OUT, SAFE and in their rescues or homes. give me time. there's just never enough time in a day, right? lol.
update: 9/4 just uploaded additional pics of all the dogs. someone went IN to trailer and let the dogs out that were in their separate rooms. horrible. b/c they were there for a reason. so now the dogs IN heat are out, the dogs that were being attacked, OUT. :( and one room there was a preggo. now to find that girl :( ugh.
plans now are: Saturday a group of us are spending the day. feeding, cleaning, TAKING PICS!!.. AND "trying" to hand catch who we can. one rescue, Five Rivers, will be with us..that day. then Monday, we are bringing another small group, and another rescue, we will set traps. so urgent for Rescues to step up and commit to ONE or two of these furbabies. THEN bring back, vet, treat, spay/neuter the ones we bring back. and start arranging transport, but board in meantime. soooooo lotsa work in meantime. we will take food, couple flats of can food, snacks, CAPSTAR, wormer. i have extra collars, leashes if need. and bringing traps. that's the plan, but you know rescue, nothing ever goes as planned! but lets hope!! OH, and i knew i heard some peeps.. today someone heard some pups. prob under trailer. we'll see. we "think" there has to be maybe 2 litters..somewhere. ??
update: 9/3: today, 3 more were pulled and sent to rescue. thankyou Wappapello Animal Rescue rescue angel sis Christy Smith Norman who met up at HH (hoarderhouse, or hell house) and pull 3.. and guess what? she took the "bathroom" doggie! thank you thank you and 2 others. so 5 yesterday, 3 today! yeah! *Rescue rocks.
update: 9/2 THESE most recent pics is the little fella on bottom left cage. one of the many cages these dogs were abandoned in. LIVED there. did not get out. as do the other dogs sectioned off in this hell hole. 2-3-4 dogs in each room. dozens dogs running loose in trailer and dozens running loose outside. just the most horrific scene i've ever seen .. in person. we think the tiny white pom chi girl might have to be euth. we are letting the rescue who took her decide. she is blinde, possibly deaf. the infection looks tohave eaten into half her face.?? idk. poor girl. sat there. with no sigiht. no hearing. scared to death. not about given up. she has given up. there really was no life or love in her eyes or soul of that baby. she really didnt care who touched her. justgave up. ugh. you can tell. all the ones we pulled yesterday were so skinny. so anemic. 1000's fleas. we gave them capstar to rid of fleas. and now they are in rescues. with the one last boy of the 5 we pulled today going to rescue. heartbreaking. thank you to hardy group, cherokee village group, volunteer firemen, aco, rescue volunteers who came out and helped. more pics to come.
Update...9/1... ok. so we ended up pulling 5. but caring for most all there since all the ones in the rooms have NO food, NO water. hot. smelly. and stuck in cages or tiny filthy rooms. ugh. we took the 5 in cages. and attended to the ones in the rooms. and searched the property for others..dead or alive or hurt. so 5 alive today. tomorrow another rescue (wapapelello aniaml rescue (w.a.r.) will come. pull 4 or 5. (will post pics) wed or thur, Wright way rescue will drive in, help us catch. and 5 rivers in pocahontas will be pulling a few. two rescues pulled today!! (and US... aa4a) Rocky Ridge Refuge, *Arkansas Angels 4 Animals and another rescue gal pal took in doggies.
pictures say it all. Pleas for help have gone unanswered. so we are getting together on Labor/holiday to assess this "horrific" situation...hoarder house. owner in hospital. dogs are at house. some INSIDE. some OUTSIDE. some in cages. one or more dead. and yes. officials have been called, but we know reply..outside our area. we can't help. i've encountered them many times in rural areas. NO ONE WILL HELP. so .. what are we going to do? BEG for help from rescue community. we need your help. i know i have at least 5000 FB friends and if we can even get $1 each. we could save them all here. but right now .. WE WILL SAVE ONE BY ONE. if you as a rescue. or rescuer.. can take JUST ONE. we can save them. a VET. take just one. we will call the vets. to please..take JUST ONE> rescue.. take JUST ONE. rescuer..take just one. I will take one ..i challenge,,,,i ask...i beg...you to just take one. we have this chip in. so we can pull ONE by ONE. we can do it. i remember my first 41 hoarder house rescue. i thought OMG how am i to do this. i thought, yes.! aspca, best friends, HSUS, someone will swoop in and save the day/dogs. but that never happened. i either got NO answer, or answer was, we cannot help. or call someone else. so..we saved them.. ONE by ONE. until all were saved. I later learned that was a "warm up" for the next one.. HUghes, Ar, a 200 dog rescue (we were there almost 2 years) but we did it. again, ONE by ONE by ONE. and i am here to ask you all. to donate $1? $10? $100. whatever you can. so we can save them ONE by ONE. i may sound repetitive, but isnt this something we see day to day to day. these crazy hoarder situations. just crazy. damn the people who do this to our furbabies,, but please let's save these dogs. if you can help. donate to chip: Help US Help them!
