TX... AUTHORITIES NEEDED FOR URGENT SITUATION BUT REFUSE TO TAKE ACTION - DEAD DOGS & PUPPIES ~ Look at this mess. This is not overseas but right here in Coleman, TX

Neighbors, in fact. Animal control was called many times to this home, but refused to remove the dogs. The male and female were chained, resulting in them getting tangled which strangled the male. There were 8 puppies. In these photos, there were 4, and yesterday only 2.

Look closely at the puppies and you will see them devouring a littler mate. This is as sick as it gets. The night before these were taken, there was a terrible storm with high winds and hail. They were left out in it. Coleman Police as well as the Humane Society, were called to this scene last Friday.

Nothing was done and no charges were pressed. As of today, dogs are still at residence. Animal cruelty is a crime punishable by law. I believe Coleman is the only town you can do this and get away with it. I know you can steal a car and they won't make an arrest. But that's another story for another day.
